Relationships -  Today’s real estate market is not for the faint of heart. We take our fiduciary duty to our clients very seriously. We place the highest value on providing clients the information they need to make sound decisions at every stage of the process. And, no matter the situation, we are compassionate about the process that our clients are going through and the transitions that are prompting their move. A residential real estate transaction involves both the head and the heart: we are here to provide an abundance of both. The trusted relationships we have formed in our business have led to roughly 98% of our sales coming from repeat clients or referrals from past clients and other realtors.

Negotiation - Not only is it important to negotiate assertively on behalf of our clients; it is also important to do so in such a way that gains the respect and goodwill of other agents in the realtor community. We have spent our careers building that reservoir of trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Those we work with know that we will protect our clients’ privacy and that of the client on the other side of the transaction, deliver on promises, and be honorable and transparent about the process. This, along with outside–of-the-box thinking, allows us to be effective negotiators and advocates for our clients, and deliver  exceptional results.

Communication - Clients count on us to provide straightforward communication about the task at hand, with a frank assessment of what we believe the client should consider in making their own decisions. Our assessments are based on experience, data and careful listening to all parties. In some cases, that may mean counseling against buying a home, or selling a home at a particular time, and that’s okay. What we value most is the long-term relationship with our clients, not a transaction in that moment.

Respect - We value and respect our clients’ time, property and money. We listen, strategize and execute based on each client’s unique needs and wishes. Among other things, this means that we vet properties before recommending a showing for buyers, and thoroughly consider each seller’s specific goals before recommending a strategy for sale. We tailor our actions to your needs. There is no such thing as a “cookie-cutter” client or transaction.
