While we did not win our first offer on a house we bid on, Stacey kept our spirits high even though we were very disappointed. She said “ the right house is still out there. And I will find it for you!” We eventually found another perfect home, but had to make the offer outside the U.S. because of a previously scheduled trip. Stacey made all the arrangements, was in constant contact with us via phone and the internet, and successfully negotiated the terms of our offer with the seller’s agent, and we were able to win the bid when we were outside of the U.S.! When we returned to the U.S. Stacey accompanied us to the title company to witness the document signing, and to celebrate our mutual win.
